Why am I paying both Autoza AI and Retell AI?

Autoza AI is the workflow engine — it lives inside monday.com, schedules calls, manages your boards, handles retries, sends notifications, and surfaces AI summaries. Retell AI is the underlying voice infrastructure that actually makes the phone calls and runs the AI conversations. We don't mark up Retell's charges — you pay them directly with your own card so you have full transparency and control over per-call costs.

Why is pricing based on Monday seats, not active users?

monday.com requires all marketplace apps to use seat-based pricing. We made our pricing scale gently so a small dispatch team in a big company doesn't get punished — most field-services customers land in the 11–25 bucket at $299/mo regardless of whether 2 or 12 people actually open Autoza.

What happens when my 100 free trial calls run out?

You'll get an email at 80% used, and another when you hit the limit. The app auto-pauses your scheduled calls so nothing breaks silently. Connect your own Retell AI account from the Settings panel and we'll provision a fresh agent on your account in about 30 seconds — no re-onboarding.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed entirely through monday.com's billing UI — same place you manage your other Monday apps. Cancel and your Autoza account converts back to a paused state; nothing is deleted.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — annual billing is automatically 18% off (monday.com's standard marketplace discount). Numbers shown in the table.

What if I have more than 100 Monday seats?

Email support@autoza.tech and we'll work out custom pricing based on your usage. We typically offer flat enterprise pricing with priority support.

Is my data and my customers' phone numbers secure?

Yes. All Retell API keys and Monday OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Phone numbers and call data live in our tenant-isolated database. Full details in our privacy policy.
