Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of Autoza AI.

Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using Autoza AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Autoza AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the application.

Description of service

Autoza AI is an automated AI phone-call management platform that integrates with monday.com and Retell AI. Capabilities include:

Automated start-of-day and status update phone calls

AI voice agent provisioning and management via Retell AI

monday.com board integration for scheduling and reporting

Call history tracking, transcripts, and analytics

Email notifications for late arrivals and absences

Automatic retry queue for unanswered calls

Account types & free trial

Free Trial (100 calls)

No credit card. No Retell AI account required.

You receive 100 outbound AI phone calls free of charge ("Trial Calls").
During the trial we provide the underlying Retell AI account, AI agent, and outbound calling phone number at no cost to you.
The shared calling number is not exclusively assigned to you and may also place calls on behalf of other trial tenants. Recipient caller ID will display this shared number, not yours.
Trial Calls are counted on the basis of attempted outbound calls (whether answered or not). Retries triggered by no-answer count as additional Trial Calls.
Once 100 Trial Calls are consumed, automated calls are paused automatically. Your tenant data, board configuration, and call history are preserved.
To resume calls after the trial, you must connect your own Retell AI API key and select your own Retell phone number.
We reserve the right to suspend trial accounts found to be abusing the service (e.g., spam, harassment, telemarketing) without notice.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Your Retell AI account, your phone number, your billing.

You provide your own Retell AI API key during onboarding (or when upgrading from the trial).
All Retell AI charges (phone number rental, per-minute call fees, etc.) are billed directly by Retell AI to you. We are not a party to that billing relationship.
You are responsible for keeping your Retell AI account funded. If your Retell account runs out of credit, calls will fail.
We store your Retell API key encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You can rotate it at any time.
Autoza AI's own subscription (where applicable) is billed via monday.com per their app pricing model.

Requirements

To use Autoza AI you must have:

An active monday.com account with permission to install apps and create boards.

Either: (a) the free trial allowance, or (b) a Retell AI account with a valid API key and at least one provisioned phone number.

Authorisation to make automated outbound calls to every phone number you configure in your boards.

Compliance with all telecommunications regulations applicable in your jurisdiction (e.g. TCPA in the US, GDPR in the EU).

User responsibilities

As a user of Autoza AI, you agree to:

Obtain proper consent before placing automated calls to any phone number in your Monday boards. This applies equally to trial calls placed from our shared number.
Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and any local rules.
Maintain the security of your monday.com account, your Retell AI API key (BYOK), and your dispatch email account.
Provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your notification email up to date.
Use the service only for legitimate business communication purposes (employee check-ins, project status updates, internal coordination).
Take immediate action if you believe your API credentials have been compromised — rotate the key in Retell and update it in Autoza AI settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

Place calls for telemarketing, spam, political messaging, debt collection, or any unsolicited commercial purpose.

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate any person via automated calls.

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service or its infrastructure.

Interfere with or disrupt the service or the servers or networks connected to the service.

Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its underlying AI models.

Resell, sublicense, or expose Autoza AI functionality to end users outside of your organisation without our prior written consent.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App depends on third-party services (monday.com, Retell AI, Gmail, Neon) whose availability is outside of our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice in advance, especially for changes that materially affect existing customers.

Data and privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data described therein, including the trial-specific data handling rules in section 04 of the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App — including its design, features, source code, AI prompts, and documentation — is owned by Autoza AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your monday.com board content, call recordings or transcripts, dispatch communications, or any other content you provide through the service.

Limitation of liability

Important disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to: missed calls, incorrect status updates, service interruptions, AI transcription errors, mis-routing, telecommunications carrier outages, Retell AI service failures, or any business losses.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. For trial users (where no payment has been made to us), our total liability is limited to USD $0.

Termination

By you

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from monday.com. All your tenant data is permanently deleted within 10 days. You may also pause automation without uninstalling.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the trial, or non-payment, with notice when reasonably possible.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via your notification email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
