The terms governing your use of Autoza AI.

By installing, accessing, or using Autoza AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Autoza AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the application.
Autoza AI is an automated AI phone-call management platform that integrates with monday.com and Retell AI. Capabilities include:

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App depends on third-party services (monday.com, Retell AI, Gmail, Neon) whose availability is outside of our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice in advance, especially for changes that materially affect existing customers.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data described therein, including the trial-specific data handling rules in section 04 of the Privacy Policy.
The App — including its design, features, source code, AI prompts, and documentation — is owned by Autoza AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your monday.com board content, call recordings or transcripts, dispatch communications, or any other content you provide through the service.
Important disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to: missed calls, incorrect status updates, service interruptions, AI transcription errors, mis-routing, telecommunications carrier outages, Retell AI service failures, or any business losses.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. For trial users (where no payment has been made to us), our total liability is limited to USD $0.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from monday.com. All your tenant data is permanently deleted within 10 days. You may also pause automation without uninstalling.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the trial, or non-payment, with notice when reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via your notification email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
